2010-2011 Oak-Land Jr. High PTA Fundraiser Success

We would like to express our sincerest thank you to all of our families who participated in the PTA fundraiser sponsored by The Chip Shoppe. The money raised from this fundraiser goes to help support student enrichment programs, activities, events and equipment throughout the school year. We are very excited to share with you that the PTA has approved 6 grants totaling $6,915.00 which has been awarded to Oak-Land Junior High School this fall.

• Developing the Choral Library for the Oak-Land Choirs
• Oak-Land School Office - Scanner
• Digital Microscope - 7th Grade Science
• Raider Review Newspaper - printing needs
• Classroom set of ActivExpressions/Learner Response System - 9th Grade Science
• Poetry Slam with Frank Sentwali - 7th Grade English
